Angela Da’Silva is an experienced Beauty Therapist, Aesthetics Educator and owner  of Bedfordshire Beauty Training Academy with years of hands-on industry experience, and a background in FE and HE education  Angela is passionate about raising standards within the beauty and aesthetics sector through high-quality, accredited education.

Her expertise spans advanced skin treatments, aesthetics, and working confidently with melanin-rich skin. Angela is committed to empowering professionals with the knowledge, practical skills and confidence needed to deliver safe, effective and inclusive treatments.

Beyond training, Angela is deeply involved in community work and believes that beauty is not just about appearance — it is about confidence, wellbeing and opportunity.

Her mission is simple:

To educate, elevate and empower the next generation of beauty professionals.

Alongside  the  academy she  is proud to support community projects and initiatives that create opportunity and access within the beauty ,care  and wellbeing sectors.

Angela works with  SecretANGELS Integrated Care and Community Services and MMAS Foundation - a community-focused initiative dedicated to empowering individuals through support, education and opportunity.

Through  these organisations  Angela works to bridge gaps within communities — creating access to training, wellbeing services and development opportunities for those who may otherwise feel overlooked.

Charlotte began her career in the beauty industry in 2008 after qualifying in Level 3 Beauty Therapy (Make-Up). She quickly built valuable industry experience, freelancing as a make-up artist and working across theatre productions, bridal make-up, and on a leading cosmetics counter. This diverse background allowed her to develop both creative flair and exceptional client care skills.

In 2012, Charlotte qualified in gel nail systems and expanded her expertise further within the beauty sector. She secured a position in a busy beauty salon while studying for a degree in Beauty Therapy and Spa Management, which she successfully completed in 2015. Demonstrating her strong academic ability and business mindset, she went on to achieve a First Class Honours Degree in Business Administration in 2016.

Charlotte’s passion for education and raising industry standards led her to complete a teaching qualification in 2020. After qualifying, she began teaching at Bedfordshire Beauty Academy, where she supports and inspires learners to develop confidence, professionalism, and technical excellence.

Alongside her teaching career, Charlotte continues to work with private clients and remains dedicated to ongoing professional development. She holds additional qualifications in a range of advanced enhancement treatments, ensuring her knowledge and skills remain current, relevant, and industry-leading.

Charlotte brings together creativity, academic achievement, business insight, and hands-on industry experience — making her a valued member of the team and a passionate educator committed to student success.

Bindita is a fully qualified and highly skilled beauty and holistic therapist with a strong foundation in advanced treatments and exceptional client care. She holds  a combination of VTCT qualifications and Accredited qualifications, reflecting her commitment to professional standards and excellence within the industry.

Bindita has  a genuine passion for helping clients and students  feel confident and cared for.

Bindita is particularly known for her precision threading skills. As a threading expert, she creates beautifully defined brows and smooth, clean facial finishes using traditional techniques that deliver accuracy and long-lasting results.

She blends technical expertise with a warm, client-focused approach.
