Skin Needling

All courses, workshops, mentoring sessions, assessment days, shadow days, and training services must be booked directly through the academy.

A booking is confirmed only when:

• The required deposit or full payment has been received.

• The learner has agreed to the academy Terms & Conditions.

Course places cannot be reserved without payment.

• Full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the course.

• Finance options are available for selected training programmes (see links provided).

• Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable.

• Course fees become non-refundable once pre-course study, online access, manuals, or training materials have been issued.

Learners are required to complete all pre-course study or coursework before attending practical training. Completion of theory work within the required timeframe is the responsibility of the student.

Learners are expected to attend all scheduled sessions on time. Consistent attendance is essential for progression and certification.

Failure to attend without notice may result in:

• Loss of training time.

• Additional or rescheduling charges.

• Delays to certification.

If a learner needs to reschedule:

• Minimum notice is required.

• Rescheduling fees may apply.

• Alternative dates are subject to availability.

• Repeated changes or extended gaps may require additional support at extra cost.

A 24-hour cooling-off period applies from the time of booking, during which cancellation may be requested.

After this period:

• All fees become non-refundable.

• Deposits and booking fees remain non-refundable.

• Issued course materials and online access are chargeable.

Some courses require learners to provide models. If a model fails to attend, the practical session may be affected and could result in rescheduling fees.

Certificates will only be issued once:

• All coursework is completed

• Assessments are passed

• Practical competence is demonstrated

• All outstanding fees are paid

The academy reserves the right to:

• Reschedule courses where necessary.

• Refuse or withdraw enrolment where professional standards or safety requirements are not met.

• Amend schedules, tutors, or venues due to operational needs.

By booking a course, learners agree to:

• Adhere to academy policies and professional standards

• Maintain respectful conduct at all times

• Complete all required coursework and practical work

• Take responsibility for their own learning and progress
